GREEN – Beginner

Perfect for new players who:

Are new to table tennis or have less than 1 year of experience.
Are learning basic strokes, footwork and rules.
Want to build confidence and core skills.

Suitable sessions:

Mixed Ability Classes
Beginner Classes
Open Play Sessions

YELLOW – Intermediate

For confident, competitive players who:

Have 2+ years of club experience.
Play in leagues or competitions.
Understand tactics, spin and footwork.
Are aiming to improve their competitive level.

Masterclass (where appropriate)
Intermediate–Advanced Classes
Adult Coaching
Chinese Multi-Ball Training

RED – Advanced

For experienced competitive players who:

Have 3+ years of regular club training.
Receive regular coaching.
Compete in leagues and tournaments.
Have strong technical and tactical skills.
May hold a regional or national ranking.
